It’s that time of the year again when kids are all geared up for learning something new in their summer vacations. This summer season, Godrej had organized a live cooking session with Chef Amrita Kaur. On May 26, Godrej Nature’s Basket in Koregaon Park, Pune had organised ‘Little Chefs’ – a cookery workshop for children between the age group of 6-12 years. The idea was to teach the kids how to cook easy recipes without the use of gas stove.
Godrej has been conducting these cooking workshops for kids since 2014, with 6-7 renowned chefs. However, this year Little Chef workshop was conducted extensively in Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore. Through this workshop, Godrej aims to offer kids (who are food enthusiasts) new and innovative culinary skills. These workshops help kids to familiarize with different ingredients and educate them on the importance of eating fresh fruits and vegetables.
The workshop was conducted by Amrita Kaur – an avid Food Blogger and Insta boomeranger. A series of healthy, quick and tasty recipes where demonstrated by the Chef which included – Rainbow Noodles Salad, Mango Cheesecake (without baking) & Rainbow Nice Cream.
